Procurement Consultants LLC is a full-service hospitality procurement firm located in Fort Worth, Texas. Our objective is to provide exemplary customer service and to provide unique consulting, sourcing, purchasing and other services to owners, operators and developers. We pride ourselves in the success of our approach to
individualized services to each of our clients’ projects. We take an active role as a member of the project team and develop working relationships with the owner, the project manager, the interior design team, the contractor and others to assure a successful project that meets the owner’s budget, maintains the interior designer firm’s intent and meets the requirements of the contractor to complete the project timely.
Our flexibility in our OFCI, FF&E and OS&E procurement processes is designed to provide the services that are required and desired by each unique project that we manage. While our services have been provided for projects from a 3,000 room full-service resort, a 100-room boutique resort, restaurants, spas, casinos, or even a 450,000 square foot medical facility, our diversity in the procurement process has given Procurement Consultants LLC the opportunity to work with clients on a variety of different projects. Procurement Consultants is a Native American-owned, TERO certified, minority supplier procurement firm. Our primary mission is to add value to our clients’ project teams and to be accountable for what we have provided and achieved for them.
